HOW TO ENTER (IT’S EASY!)
Applicants are invited to initially submit 10 images from their project with a brief outline (100 words) of their overall project via email with a subject heading: OITIJ-JO FUTURES to firstname.lastname@example.org
Provide an exhibition space for 6 weeks
Curate / present the accepted project and organize the exhibition
Promote the exhibition via all Oitij-jo external communication channels.
Organise an artist’s talk to the public about the exhibition.
Provide a maximum of 1500 words outline of his / her project.
Provide a one page Artist Statement
Provide artists Bio/CV
Provide 15/20 digital images of the project at 1450 x 1190 pixels / 72dpi /
sRGB colour space / output as jpegs files
Give 45 minutes public talk about the project
If selected artist will be requested to provide high res images at 300 dpi of
The Fine Print
Oitij-jo reserves the right to reject entries that are not submitted properly. Submissions should come directly from artists, not from representatives. Staff of Oitij-jo are not eligible to enter the competition.
By Entering OITIJ-JO FUTURES, You Accept These Rules:
You agree and acknowledge that OITIJ-JO is permitted to receive your registration data. Participants agree that personal data including, but not limited to, name, mailing address, phone number, and email address may be collected, processed, stored and otherwise used for the purposes of conducting and administering Oitij- jo Futures.
You are the sole owner and author of all submitted material. Oitij-jo recognizes that you retain full ownership of the copyright of each artwork submitted.
By taking part in Oitij-jo Futures you understand that artworks submitted to the Oitij-jo may be used to promote the competition and agree to supply a high- resolution image suitable for printing in the media upon request. Any photograph used by Oitij-jo will have the artist’s credit.
